WELCOME TO “HAPPY KIDS IN A DIVERSE WORLD”
This site is designed to help teachers, parents, school’s therapists, directors, coaches, and to all those interested in making a difference in children’s lives.
This site is organized into four more sections: Promoting academic success, building emotional development, enhancing social skills, and celebrating diversity. In each section you will find blogs related to the particular topic (based on my opinions and some of them based on current research).
The main goal of this blog is to create a space where we can share not only knowledge, but also experiences, concerns, feelings about diverse topics concerning the well-being, success, and fulfillment of children. Not to mention that respect will be the key for our success!
Particularly, for teachers who serve children from diverse backgrounds in their classrooms, and who want to be better prepared to meet the needs of their diverse learners, this site might offer additional benefits. However, I welcome and thank ALL for dropping by “Happy Kids in a Diverse World”
